Biography
Modjadji M. Choshi is assistant professor at James Madison University School of Nursing since 2018. My work history includes five years in Johannesburg, South Africa in the cardiac/respiratory intensive care unit, four and half years in Dublin, Ireland in general intensive care unit, five years in Arizona, United States in the cardiac intensive care unit, and eight years in cardiac catheterization unit, which includes working as a traveling nurse. Her research interest focuses on are community based research for social determinants of health, health equity and health disparities in vulnerable populations. She has done a study on self-care behavior experiences of rural Arizona women from Pinal and Cochise counties who have undergone invasive coronary interventions (PCI and/or CABG).
